The vast range of backgrounds, experiences and perspectives of the nursing support workforce strengthens and enriches the care provided right across the health and care sector.
We are also centred the value of inclusivity of nursing support workers within the nursing profession ÃÛÌÒÖ±²¥“ whether that be through the breadth of roles or settings they work in, or the importance of inclusive language to describe their contribution to nursing and patient care.
