Learning Disability Nurses' Day

On 1 November, we celebrated Learning Disability Nurses’ Day.

Learning disability nursing is one of the most impactful areas of healthcare. In addition to providing physical care, nurses create an environment of understanding, trust, and advocacy for individuals who often face barriers in accessing equitable healthcare.

You can find out more about the day by watching our video from General Secretary and Chief Executive Nicola Ranger, or reading our blog from Jonathan Beebee, Professional Lead for Learning Disability Nursing.
