This temporary network is open to all nursing staff who are returning to practice during the COVID-19 pandemic. You'll need to be on the Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC) COVID-19 temporary register to be eligible to join the network. You do not need to be an RCN member to join.
If you're already an RCN member, please note we'll use the email address on our records to send you information about the network.
You do not have to provide this. Answering this question enables us to build a picture of who is returning to clinical practice and will build our understanding of the nursing contribution to the COVID-19 pandemic by ethnicity.
We are collecting your information to build a picture across the UK, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales of the clinical background and diversity of those who are returning to nursing in support of the COVID-19 pandemic. By submitting this form, you are giving the RCN permission to email you about the RCN return to practice network. You can control the information you receive from the RCN by updating your preferences at www.rcn.org.uk/MyRCN. The information you provide in this form will be stored by the RCN If you are not a member of the RCN, your details will be kept for the period that the NMC temporary COVID-19 register remains open. Once the temporary register closes your detail will be removed, if following this period, you choose to join the RCN as a member, then your information will be transferred to the RCN membership team.
