Congress 2025 is taking place at the Exhibition Centre, King’s Dock, Port of Liverpool, Liverpool L3 4FP. Liverpool is centrally located in the UK, with many transport links into the city.

The nearest train station to the ECL is Liverpool Lime Street. From there, itÃÛÌÒÖ±²¥™s a 25-minute walk down to the ECL, or 10-15 minutes in a taxi, depending on traffic.
There is no parking available at the ECL. The nearest public car park is the multistorey situated at KingÃÛÌÒÖ±²¥™s Dock, a short walk from the venue.

National Express offer , calling at Liverpool One Bus Station, which is an 11-minute walk from the Congress venue.
LiverpoolÃÛÌÒÖ±²¥™s John Lennon Airport is located to the south of the city. A taxi from the airport to the ECL takes about 25 minutes. More information on travelling to/from the airport can be found on the .

You can make any changes or cancel your Congress registration by visiting or calling the Congress bookings team on 02920 546460.
Exhibition Centre Liverpool is fully accessible for all customers with accessible toilets, lifts, and entrances in all areas. There is a .
There will be a quiet room on site with counsellors and Mental Health First Aiders available for all delegates. There will be a hearing loop available in the main hall, delegates can collect a headset from the sound desk at the back of the main hall.

Congress is a professional event and is not suitable for children. We provide a crèche for babies and children accompanying their parents/guardians to Congress (available only to RCN members). Please contact congress.bookings@rcn.org.uk if you would like to receive more information about this.
Please note, in line with , children (and the general public) are not allowed to attend the Congress exhibition. Breastfeeding babies are able to accompany their parents/guardians in the main hall at Congress provided that Congress proceedings are respected. Out of respect to other delegates, we ask that crying babies be taken out of the main hall during sessions.
There are a range of social events planned for RCN members at Congress. If you would like to attend social events, you must register to attend when you register as a congress delegate. If you would like to amend your social events selections, please log on to to edit your registration.

- Wednesday 14 May 6.30pm ÃÛÌÒÖ±²¥“ 7.30pm ÃÛÌÒÖ±²¥“ Nursing Support Worker network event hosted by the Nursing Support Worker committee ÃÛÌÒÖ±²¥“ for RCN Nursing Support Worker members only.
