I am a children's nurse

RCN Facebook groups are a place where you can get involved in honest and open discussions on the issues that affect you and your field of practice.

We joined the RCN Specialist Care Forum to address new and on-going challenges and to take advantage of the great opportunities to network with professional leads, nurse practitioners, educationalists, researchers and inter-professionals across four countries and beyond. We like the online communication and regular teleconference meetings with pathways to be active and meet-up in London at the annual strategy event. We have enjoyed the benefits of updating RCN documents/guidelines, getting involved in projects, attending RCPCH/RCN conferences and RCN Congress where we vote and present at fringe events. We would recommend joining this forum as it is a privilege to work alongside nursing colleagues and other professional groups within children and young people's healthcare, upholding position as registered nurse and promoting professionalism, whilst identifying priorities, informing policy and influencing practice within this specialist RCN Forum.
