As Black History Month comes to a close, itÃÛÌÒÖ±²¥™s easy to think that our commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) can take a backseat until next year. But letÃÛÌÒÖ±²¥™s not park these vital principles for 11 months! Instead, letÃÛÌÒÖ±²¥™s celebrate the incredible achievements of those who embody EDI every day in their work. I want to shine a light on our three IHSC Rising Star winners who received their awards at the recent London Black History Month event: Aila Evangelista, Prachi Xettigar, and Tracy Nanquil. Their dedication and innovative approaches are shining examples of what happens when we prioritize inclusion in healthcare.

Whether itÃÛÌÒÖ±²¥™s through mentoring, advocating for inclusive policies, or simply supporting a colleague, every action counts.
LetÃÛÌÒÖ±²¥™s take inspiration from Aila, Prachi, and Tracy, and continue to champion equity, diversity, and inclusion in our daily lives.
