General practice nursing staff are essential to the health of every community, but your pay terms and conditions often don't reflect the value you bring to your practice and patients.
In the next few weeks, your practice will receive an increase in funding, which should mean an increase in your pay. But itÃÛÌÒÖ±²¥™s up to your practice to set your pay terms and conditions. That's why weÃÛÌÒÖ±²¥™re bringing you expert negotiating advice from nurse activist and RCN member Jeni Watts.
