We are delighted to announce that the spring conference will be held in person on Thursday 13 and Friday 14 March in Bristol.
We are thrilled to be coming together as a rep community once more, and right now we are working on an exciting programme that reflects our priorities as RCN reps and recognises the positive difference we are making in workplaces across the UK.

Travel
For any travel booked via the Events Team, this will have been organised using the RCN Travel Agent, Click. Should you need emergency support out of office hours, please call Click on 0121 368 1666.
Conference format
The RCN UK Representatives’ spring conference 2025 will be an in-person event, taking place at the Delta Marriott Hotel Bristol City Centre. Main hall sessions will be livestreamed, filmed and recorded for reps to view remotely. Any rep interested in watching the livestream simply needs to log on to the Reps Hub during the conference programme timings.
Accommodation
Accommodation for reps attending the conference has been booked on a bed and breakfast basis at the Delta Marriott Hotel Bristol City Centre. Booking details have been shared with individuals 2-3 weeks before the conference.
Registration
On arrival at the Delta Marriott Hotel Bristol City Centre please make your way to the RCN registration desk which will be signposted.
At registration you will be given conference materials, including a certificate of attendance and a name badge. Registration will open from 12pm on Thursday 13 March and lunch with refreshments will also be available during this time.
Badges
For security purposes, participants must wear their badges at all times. Participants will not be admitted to the conference sessions without the appropriate badge.
Lunchtime fringe sessions (Friday only)
Delegates are free to mix and match sessions and attendance will be on a ‘first come, first-served’ basis in line with room capacity.
Lunch and refreshments
Lunch and refreshments will be served at the times given in the programme. If you have any specific dietary requirements and haven’t informed us, please email the team in advance at jointrepsconf@rcn.org.uk so we can ensure that your needs are catered for.
Conference dinner
The conference dinner will be held in the Bristol Suite in the Marriott Hotel on Thursday evening, starting with a networking welcome. A welcome drink is to be served at 7pm, with guests invited to sit down at 7.30pm.
Exhibition
An exhibition will run alongside this event with an array of stands to visit during lunch and refreshment breaks.
Specific requirements
If you have any specific requirements that you haven’t already highlighted, please do let us know in advance. Please note that we may not be able to make specific arrangements without prior notification.
COVID policy
While COVID rules and regulations have been lifted, the virus has not gone away. We are asking members to use ‘COVID sense’ to protect yourself and others. Please do not come to the conference if you are feeling unwell or test positive on the day of travel.

Should you no longer be able to attend this event please email the team at jointrepsconf@rcn.org.uk. Substitutions are no longer possible for this event.
Continuing Professional Development
The ÃÛÌÒÖ±²¥ believes in lifelong learning and actively promotes the continuing professional development of all nurses. Authorised ÃÛÌÒÖ±²¥ certificates of attendance will be issued to all attendees. This event is also subject to the RCN Events quality assurance framework. You should log what you have learnt at this event using the Framework for Reflection guidelines on the back of your certificate and keep this document in your personal professional portfolio.

moment. It also details how you can access the RCN counselling service if needed. There
are signposts to more specialist support and organisations, some of which also provide
emotional or counselling support, along with others that offer advice and advocacy.
