Members on Jersey are being asked to vote on the Government of Jersey’s pay offer for 2024, 2025 and 2026.
Voting opened today (3 April) and eligible members have until the 16 April to say whether they accept or reject the offer.
The offer from the Government of Jersey is:
- 2024 – A pay increase of 8% (consolidated)
- 2025 – A guarantee of RPI + 1% (RPI as at September 2024)
- 2026 – A guarantee of RPI + 1% (RPI as at September 2025)
The RCN have been assured that the 2025 and 2026 elements are also consolidated.
Sarah Johnston, RCN South East Operational Manager says: “We encourage all eligible members to use their vote and have their say on their pay. It’s really important that we hear from as many people as possible before the vote closes.”
