We are thrilled to announce that our new and improved Library Search page has officially launched today, 25 September 2024.
This major upgrade brings you enhanced functionality and a more user-friendly experience, making it easier than ever to find the resources you need.
The new Library Search page retains the features you’ve used before but includes key improvements to save you time:
- Clearer design: the new design makes navigation simple.
- Streamlined account management: access and manage your account, along with thousands of resources, all in one convenient place.
- Better organised results: different editions and ebooks are now grouped with clearer labels, helping you choose the right resource faster.
Our training schedule for the rest of the year is already live! Whether you’re a current or new user, we encourage you to join a session and get familiar with the new page.
How to check your account
- Look on the top right for “Sign in”
- Click “RCN Members and Customers”
- You will be redirected the standard RCN log in page
- Enter your RCN membership number and password (no more separate library pin numbers) and click “Log in”
- You will then be redirected back to Library Search
- On the top right will be “My Account”
- Click the drop down for:
- Checkouts (books you’ve borrowed)
- Requests
- Fees
- Borrowing history
- Search activity
- And, another new feature, saved items, lists and searches
