Leadership to Improve Physical and Mental Health Programme
The aim of this module is to enable participants to evaluate the knowledge and evidence underpinning parity of esteem and lead and implement change in practice. At the end of this module students will have enhanced knowledge and skills in meeting mental and physical health needs for service users and the wider health economy. Students will develop personal and clinical leadership through the experience of coaching and implementing change in practice.
This programme is accredited via the Coventry University and the RCN offers completion with or without credits. The programme is delivered online over 12 weeks.
