Meet the team
Our team of dedicated staff work across the four countries of the United Kingdom to support the delivery of the cadet program in a variety of places.Â
We work with youth organisations and education providers to develop and deliver the cadet course to young people along their normal activities and timetable.
We also work with health providers to arrange observational work placements which brings together all the theoretical and practical classroom learning.

Dave provides high-level oversight of educational initiatives at the RCN. Previously, he served as Head of Scheme for the then RCN Prince of Wales Nursing Cadet Scheme.

Michelle provides strategic oversight and direction for the programme, ensuring alignment with the RCN’s vision and long-term objectives.
